Return Policy
1. Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order without providing any reason, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used or damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
you will be required to send the product pictures for the acceptance of your return.
Request Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. In Case of a Defective Product
If the product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or does not match the description, the customer has the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
3. Return Conditions
• The product must be in its original condition.
• The product must be unused and include all original accessories.
• Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice or order number).
4. Shipping Costs
• In case of a return/exchange without a specific reason, the customer bears the shipping cost.
• In case of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
