Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and governorates across Egypt, including:
- Cairo & Greater Cairo (Giza, New Cairo, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed)
- Alexandria
- Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, and Red Sea resorts
- Delta cities (Tanta, Mansoura, Zagazig)
- Upper Egypt (Assiut, Sohag, Luxor, Aswan)
- Other governorates upon request
Shipping Fees
Cairo & Giza: EGP 50-100 depending on location
Alexandria: EGP 75-125
Other Governorates: EGP 100-200 based on distance
Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes
Cairo & Giza: 5-7 business days
Alexandria: 5-7 business days
Other Cities: 7 business days

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging & Handling
All metal wall clocks are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:
- Bubble wrap and foam protection for delicate parts
- Sturdy cardboard boxes designed for fragile items
- Secure wrapping to prevent movement during transit
Delivery Process
Our courier partner will contact you via phone to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please ensure:
- Your phone number is correct and reachable
- Someone is available to receive the package
- The delivery address is accurate and complete
Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, please:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us immediately at [your contact email/phone]
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery
- Unclaimed orders will be returned, and return shipping fees will be deducted from refunds
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS. You can track your order status or contact our customer service team for updates.
